"Journaling does not come naturally to me. It must be my engineering roots, or maybe it dates back to my childhood lack of discipline and practice writing thank-you notes. Nevertheless, I'm here to learn about learning, and I'm told by people who are a lot more knowledgable than me that reflecting is good for the learner's soul... or something like that.
